Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us, in its original unused & unworn condition (with labels attached) within 14 days of receipt. You must included the Packing Slip that was to attached to our packaging. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. If goods are received back with labels removed or an indication of the garment been worn, it/they will not be refunded. 

For our UK customers you must ensure that your carrier writes "Returns" on the customer declaration docket (this excludes NI). You must also write your order number as a reference . Finally, notify us by email of the return at info@neola.ie (& include your order number).

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with labels attached) and with any enclosed documentation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
